On Friday, July 12, Nigerian sensation Chike hosted an exclusive listening session for his highly anticipated album, “Son of Chike,” set for release on Friday, July 19, 2024.
The event, held at the Civic Center, Victoria Island, brought together a curated audience of fans and industry tastemakers for an intimate evening of music, food, and conversations.
The album’s title, “Son of Chike”, pays homage to Chike’s family heritage and the profound influence of his upbringing. Growing up in the Ezekpeazu household, surrounded by music-loving relatives, laid the foundation for Chike’s musical journey.
Hosted by the renowned OAP and music connoisseur, Melody Hassan, the listening session offered fans insight into the creative process behind Son of Chike.
